Rain Catcher Meditation for intuition.
Right arm extended, the hand is held in a cup as if you were trying to catch rain drops and not spill the water. The left hand is in surya mudra (ring finger) with nail behind the first nuckle of the thumb. The other fingers are spread and point upwards.
The eyes are closed and are looking down as if trying to look at the tip of the chin. Breath normaly through the nose and meditate internaly using the mantra Wha He Guru. 11 minutes.
Meditation to release all fears

The left arm is is up with ring finger touching the third eye between the brows. The right hand is covering the navel point.
The eyes are closed looking at the tip of the chin, and imagine then that your looking out of your navel point. Chant with the CD: Chatra Chakra Vati. 21 minutes.
